Among Garmin's 2014 line of car GPS models, the 2689LMT provides more than the basic spec set. Despite being almost identical to several other models in the series, it has a larger display size of 6 inches (but they also say it's 6.1-inch). With its Foursquare app, you can search for new restaurants and shops in the area. It retained the Garmin Real Directions, free lifetime map updates, and traffic alerts from its predecessors.
