Description:
This tablet's sub-$100 price tag tells us early on to lower our expectations and, for the most part, it is what we expected it to be. With a 1024- x 600-pixel screen, an 8GB internal memory, and a 0.3-megapixel camera, the Excite Go is definitely not an exciting device in any way. It can be a decent first tablet for kids who do not give a hoot for specs, as well as for parents who do not want to spend too much on a toy. On a positive note, it does have an Intel Atom processor, which is nice for a tablet this cheap, but we think that it could have been a little more exciting, at this price.
Also called Toshiba AT7-C8.
